Over the course of my life I have had many ups and downs. During periods where I didn't know what to do and the world seemingly closed in from all sides, I tended to lean on sayings, phrases from others that were uplifting. Here, I've used as many as I could think of, adding my own to the mix. My belief is that love and kindness can fix what is wrong in the world. We only need a bit more of it. I hope you find something that inspires you, or that you think a friend needs to hear. Above all, spread the word. Even if you don't request a shirt from me, take the message as your own.
